The meteorological conditions will always determine if the flight goes ahead. In the event of a cancellation the flight will be re-scheduled to your convenience. if this is not possible we will refund you in full the money paid in advance We meet at your allocated launch site at the agreed meeting time where passengers are invited to participate in the launch. Our flight package includes: • pre flight briefing • approximately 1 hour flight • champagne with traditional snacks • flight certificate • drive back to the launch site • Insurance The classic hot air balloon ticket.You will share the basket with other fellow passengers.
